Academy Program 3-month cycle

Academy is a development program designed for players who want to develop their abilities in a professional environment over the long term. The length of stay depends on the type of residence permit:

– for players with an EU passport or a long-term residence permit, the stay lasts up to 4 months
– for players with visas, the maximum length is 90 days.

The program focuses on the technical, tactical, conditioning, and mental development of the player within an individual training plan.

The Develop program takes place from March 15 to June 10

Daily two-phase training sessions under the guidance of experienced coaches from professional football. We focus on technique, tactics, conditioning, and the player’s mentality.

Objective performance evaluation

Each player undergoes initial and continuous performance testing. The results provide a clear picture of progress and help determine an individual development plan.
